My first visit which came recommended was a pleasure. I started with a cabbage roll soup. Very tasty. Then had the 12oz strip. Not only was it cooked a perfect medium rare, but it was a true 12 Oz if not larger. This impressed me, as many restaurants give less than expected. I recommend Bass Lake Roadhouse to any who choose to try it. Cheers!

Always good eats! Tasty, friendly and clean. Great stop to or from the cottage by car or snowmobile. Beer is good too :)

The food was adequate. Prices seem a little steep for what you get. Ceiling was leaking. Waitress gave us dirty napkins. Typical greasy spoon I guess.

I'm trying not to be picky but on this Tuesday night it was half full and the service was really poor. I waited quite a bit to get a server and I ended up helping myself to a menu. My spicy chicken sandwich would have been good if it wasn't soo dried out. $2 for mayo and a total of $30 with a beer left me scratching my head. I'll give it to them, there is nothing else around so they don't need to hustle.

I haven't been in for a few years, but dropped by today with my father. Great pub food, nice conversation with the server. Much quieter in the winter, can be packed all summer long.
